Background

Originally from Buffalo, Eric Spoth has been a member of Rochester's community for over a decade and prides himself on offering quality legal services to Western New York residents. Eric received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and was employed as an attorney editor with the West Corporation (now Thomson Reuters), providing editorial guidance to nationally renowned experts in estate planning and tax law.

In 2011, Eric decided to leave the corporate life and start his own law office, focusing on the needs of private clients and small businesses. The majority of his practice is devoted towards estate planning, probate and estate administration, tax, real estate transactions, business formation and contracts.

In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, homebrewing beer and playing guitar. He also finds time to volunteer as a mentor with Compeer, a Rochester organization assisting members of the community with mental health diagnoses.
